Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness week May 8th - May 14th Here at Purple Balm Training we see this as an important date in the calendar .

Heads Together spearheaded by HRH Prince William , The Duchess of Cambridge and HRH Prince Harry aims to change the nations conversation surrounding Mental Health.

Tackling stigma & raising awareness and providing support to those in need .

With two thirds of people having experienced some form of mental health in their lifetime , and more people now talking openly about their condition, it's difficulties , this can only be a step in the right direction .With recent news about those famous and in the public eye it shows that it can affect anybody.

It is not a sign of weakness , completely the opposite and more that you have been strong for too long.

This week in our office we have an information board & advice available to anyone wanting to learn more and maybe seek help for an existing condition.
